Cara Paul joined IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. in July 2011 as the Recruitment Assistant. She brings a diverse background to the IN DEMAND team.

For the better part of six years Cara has worked in multiple sectors of the customer service industry and throughout her experiences has found that at the end of the day that what really matters is meeting client’s needs and making them as comfortable as possible in the process.

 Cara’s passion for people has extended in many areas of her life including traveling to Japan as an ambassador for the Town of Stony Plain. Her desire to care has extended its self into a post secondary education in Hospitality Management. She also has been involved in community service through many different volunteer groups. With her diverse background and drive Cara is always ready to go the extra mile to help those who come into IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc.
