Robyn Craswell joined the IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting team in August 2011 and brings a different spin to the table. With over 8 years combined experience in customer service as well as Human Resources, Robyn sees opportunity in challenging situations and has a knack for finding answers. After completing her Bachelor of Commerce degree majoring in both Human Resources and Finance from Saint Mary’s University, Robyn has put her education and professionalism at the forefront of every task she takes on.

Robyn’s experience in employee relations, employee recognition and recruiting roles with a national non-profit health care organization has made her the perfect fit as a Recruiter with IN DEMAND. She has been certified in the tools and techniques of internet-based recruiting and has the can-do attitude to meet any situation with a smile.
