<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Overall responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<p>Contact customers to schedule service calls<br />
Schedule calls, parts &amp; prep for service calls<br />
Warranty claims<br />
Close work orders and invoice customers</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Duties:<br />
</strong></span><br />
Open service work orders, sourcing and supplying parts, charging out parts and supplies, closing and invoicing service work orders in a timely manner.<br />
Assist Service Manager as required, duties to include take phone calls for service of customers, liaison between service technician and parts department<br />
Processing Warranty within the restrictions of time<br />
Determine cost of call<br />
Quote customer on estimated costs<br />
Create customer profile &amp; maintain<br />
Check for service bulletins<br />
Order parts<br />
Make out of town arrangements<br />
Understand customer&#8217;s needs<br />
Co-ordinate between technicians &amp; customers</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications:</p>
<p></strong></span>3-5 year&#8217;s experience with parts knowledge of off-road equipment (gen-set knowledge and asset)<br />
Computer literate<br />
Excellent customer service skills with effective communication skills both written and verbal<br />
Must be well organized, have ability to multi-task, work well under pressure and work as part of a team.<br />

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></span></p>
<p>This key position within our client’s organization requires a team-oriented individual with advanced technical knowledge of audio visual or broadcasting equipment and integrated systems. Preference will be given to candidates with post-secondary education related to electronics and knowledge of IP networks and infrastructure. Certification or proven knowledge and proficiency in programming Crestron or AMX (or similar) audio-visual control systems will be a definite asset. Intermediate Technical staff must be able to work in a self-directed environment and be able to direct junior staff, be proficient in audio and video installation best practices, have good mechanical skills and be willing to travel when required.</p>

<p>This key position within our organization requires a team-oriented professional with a strong, self-directed work ethic along with effective time management and communication skills.  In a busy work environment, the ability to juggle multiple tasks and work under tight deadlines is a necessity. </p>
<p>As the organization looks to this position for assistance on a regular basis, it is important that this individual has demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills.  Strong business relationship and customer service skills as well as strong interpersonal skills are necessary when dealing with multiple departments, customers and vendors. This position will report directly to the Service Manager.</p>
<p><strong>The ideal candidate will possess the following specific requirements:</strong></p>
<p>Post Secondary Education preferably in Electronics<br />
Working knowledge of computers and networking systems. <br />
Understanding of Video and Audio systems relative to the A/V and Broadcast industries<br />
Technical ability to trouble shoot electronic systems to board level<br />
Understanding of component level functionality is required<br />
AV and Broadcast product line knowledge that would be an asset.<br />

Provide customer phone support and training as necessary<br />

Our Clients’ technologies allow its customers to avoid the extraordinary expense and extreme disruption that can result from traditional &#8220;dig and replace&#8221; methods. <br />

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></span><br />

Work effectively with supervisors and peers in the successful rehabilitation and repair of a variety of sewer and storm water lines<br />
Direct operators of construction equipment with alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery to conform to location needs<br />
Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment<br />
Assist in initial setup and cleanup of sites<br />
Review entry and work permits, and assists in the review of pre and post installation videos   <br />

High School diploma or equivalent preferred<br />
Minimum of 2 years experience as laborer preferred<br />
1st Aid, CSTS, TDG, Confined Space and WHIMIS Safety Tickets an asset<br />
Depending on position, require Class 1, 3Q, 5Q or 5 without GDL drivers license<br />
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals<br />
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals<br />
Must be able to enter confirmed space and comply with safety policies<br />
Must be able to work outdoors, and will occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles<br />
Extensive travel required<br />

<p>Services Department. Your responsibilities will include all welding &amp; machine services, both field and shop, and incorporating our client’s policies and procedures to ensure all activities are conducted within safety, quality, productivity and cost.   You will also be responsible for:<br />
Compliance with OHSE acts, legislation and regulations.<br />
Coordinates Welding and Machining services within the branch and Field, utilizing a wide variety of equipment, methods, and standards.<br />
Drives continuous improvement centered on work flow management, streamlining and/ or implementing new processes/ procedures, monitoring and improving productive use of all resources<br />
Provides leadership and guidance.<br />
Maintains constructive working relationships internally and externally, with customers and manufacturers.<br />
Keeps current on information and technology affecting functional area to increase innovation and ensure compliance.<br />
Prepares and presents the customer quotations.<br />
Other duties as assigned.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></span></p>
<p>Requires Welding trade certification with minimum 5 – 7 years’ experience in the trade with a minimum of 2 years Supervisory experience.   Combination of relevant education and experience will be considered.   Previous experience within a heavy equipment dealership environment would be an asset.<br />
Strong ability to plan, develop, coordinate, and direct detailed phases of welding and machining functions including the performance of the same.<br />
Also requires knowledge of trade certification administrative process (for welding and mechanical personnel), OHS&amp;E acts and regulations and equipment inspection requirements.<br />

JOB DESCRIPTION: </span></strong></p>
<p>Reporting to the Oil and Gas Sales Manager,   the Outside Technical Sales Representative will promote and secure the sale of pump and applicable gas compressor products to the assigned market sectors including EPC’s, engineering consultants and specific end user accounts with primary focus on the hydrocarbon processing, chemical processing, Oil and Gas and petro-chemical processing markets.</p>
<p><strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">RESPONSIBILITIES: </span></strong></p>
<p>Identify, qualify and secure sales opportunities for our client’s represented products in the prescribed markets and territory;<br />
Utilize sound sales planning techniques to qualify opportunities and drive new opportunities; Develop robust sales plan and use sound disciplined approach to penetrating new business;</p>
<p>Develop, nurture and maintain close working relationships with the decision-makers in the assigned markets including consultants, engineering (rotating equipment specialists and process engineers), purchasing, operations and Maintenance;<br />
Influence and assist in preparing technical specifications for the engineering consultants on our client’s represented products;<br />
Develop and maintain close working relationships with the Regional Sales Managers for our client’srepresented products;<br />
Provide market, customer and competitor intelligence to Inside Sales during quote preparation.</p>
<p>Follow up and close quotes issued by Inside Sales;<br />
Update and maintain our client’s internal QuoTrak system on a regular and frequent basis;<br />
Develop and maintain project activity reports indicating status (i.e.: pre feasibility, budget, RFQ)<br />
Assist in developing yearly sales forecasts;<br />
Develop in conjunction with the Director of Sales a series of product presentations for the engineering consultants and implement during lunch and learn sessions;</p>
<p>Work directly with represented manufacturers to obtain technical information, project pricing and special requirements;<br />
Promote products at regional trade shows as required.</p>
<p> <strong><span style="text-decoration: underline;">QUALIFICATIONS: </span></strong></p>
<p>At least five years experience selling assigned products in the identified market;<br />
Ability to effectively present ideas and influence buying decisions;<br />
Technical education and background, CET preferred;<br />

Superior effective communication skills, both written and verbal;<br />

<p>JOB DESCRIPTION:</p>
<p>We are looking for Field Service Technician’s that are interested in a 16 month project in Australia with the potential to become full time. The successful candidates will be working for 3 weeks off shore and then be off for three weeks. There will also be a provision to come back to Canada as well during scheduled intervals.</p>
<p>Nature &#038; Scope:</p>
<p>This position requires a reliable, responsible individual who is able to use their initiative and skill in verbal and written communication to get the job done accurately and on time. They must be able to work in a team environment with minimum supervision, be self driven for continuous improvement, and be able to multi task.</p>
<p>Accountability:</p>
<p>Reports to the Site Manager and to General Manager – Australia</p>
<p>Duties and Responsibilities:</p>
<p>Responsible to ensure the health and safety standards are maintained.<br />
General servicing schedules including breakdowns of client compressors.<br />
Lubrication, fault finding and trouble shooting.<br />
Day to day routine compressor checks and general compressor monitoring.<br />
Trouble shooting when and where compressor and process issues arise.<br />
Vibration equipment monitoring and data analysis. (training can be given on specific equipment)<br />
Assistance in the initial set up of compressor maintenance program into the customer’s computer system.<br />
Assistance in other areas on the vessel not necessarily related to the compressors when there is no work required on the compressors based on customer needs.</p>

<p>Supervise and facilitate the construction phase of projects by directly managing sub contractors<br />
Provide oversight and project support for production, safety, quality and project management standards<br />
Responsible for pre-bid site surveys, contract execution/project start-up, and closeout<br />
Obtain experience working with field crews and subcontractors to manage project costs, meet expected production rates and gross profit margins<br />

<p>Our Client provides professional corrosion consulting and cathodic protection engineering services to major oil companies, government agencies, municipal water, sewer and gas utilities, universities, and public transportation agencies. Our Client has complete construction installation services, including crews and equipment to install any type of cathodic protection system for any type of structure.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities:<br />
</strong></span><br />
Identify and evaluate hazardous conditions and practices in the workplace.  Conduct and coordinate on-site inspections to audit physical conditions and safe work practices and procedures.  Provide advice and counsel concerning all local, provincial and federal regulations.  Perform/coordinate annual COR audits as per Provincial Construction Safety Associations.<br />
Direct or assist in the development of specialized education and training programs.  Conduct specialized safety training programs to communicate hazard control information.  Assist in new employee occupational health, safety and environmental orientation.  Chair monthly divisional health and safety conference calls and webinars.</p>
<p>Interact with management, supervisors, employees, and customers in order to identify and correct unsafe conditions or work practices.<br />
Compile, analyze, interpret and report incident, loss and exposure statistical data; prepare comprehensive recommendations for corrective action to eliminate or minimize potential hazards.  Review injury and property damage reports.  Provide incident summaries and statistical reports to management.<br />
Recommend the purchase of safety equipment and supplies<br />
Ensure monthly compliance summaries are submitted by each division for review and provide feedback on any deficient items.  Ensure complaint summaries are effectively tracked for trends analysis<br />
Assist in client Pre-Qualification Questionnaires for future or potential future projects.<br />
Manage web based safety registries to ensure they are current and the information is accurate for clients review examples are ISNetworld, Comply Works and CanQual.<br />
Communicate with clients and other organizations with health, safety, environmental related concerns and develop mitigation plans to eliminate potential risks.<br />
Participates in activities of related professional organizations to update knowledge of safety program developments<br />
Additional duties include the coordination of outfitting new vehicles and the disposal of old vehicles.<br />
Ensure applicable registrations and insurance requirement are met and updated on a regular bases. Performs other related duties as directed that correspond to the overall function of this position. Administer and provide training and feedback on the Canada Behavior observation program, review and tracked BBO cards that are completed and submitted.<br />
Administer the Canada Safety Incentive program, track points for employees on a monthly basis and submit to the incentive provider.<br />
Track and order gas monitors and related equipment for the Edmonton facility.  Ensure repairs on monitors are done in an effective and cost efficient manner.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Qualifications:</strong></span></p>
<p>Occupational Health and Safety Certificate or Diploma from a post secondary institution<br />
Must be a certified COR auditor<br />
Necessary Construction Safety Association Courses to stay compliant with company Certificate of Recognition requirements<br />
Considerable knowledge of safety principles and practices<br />
Ability to identify and recognize unsafe conditions or work practices<br />
Ability to organize and conduct effective training and education programs<br />
Ability to plan and organize work in order to achieve desired results<br />
Ability to be available (on-call) after normal working hours<br />

 The role of <strong>CAPITAL EQUIPMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE </strong>will involve the identification, evaluation, analysis and execution of new opportunities in the Oil and Gas industry in Canada and Alaska.  Job incumbents will contribute to the company’s growth objectives through seeking to maximise and grow the company’s client base.  Providing appraisal and analysis of the market at regional and client levels will provide the CAPITAL EQUIPMENT SALES REPRESENTATIVE with the opportunity to provide significant input to the business development strategy.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p>
<p>Outside sales (face to face sales calls) to Engineering Companies, Oil Producers and Field Operations Personnel;<br />
Maintain a working knowledge of production/process/pressure vessels and equipment;<br />
Close a sale by overcoming client concerns;<br />
Read market shifts and trends;<br />
Audit quotes for accuracy before submission to clients;<br />
Relationship management with new and existing clients;<br />
Schedule and facilitate product training and lunch and learn seminars;<br />
Other duties as required.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></span></p>
<p>At least 5 years experience in Capital Equipment Sales role (outside sales);<br />
Post-Secondary education, with preference to Bachelor’s degree in Chemical, Process, Petroleum Engineering or Business Management;<br />
Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access);<br />
Knowledge of production/process/pressure vessels and equipment;<br />

<p>Depending on the volume of work and the size of the job/s assigned the individual may have assigned to their supervision a team sufficient to complete the job to meet the customer’s requirements. </p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES</strong></span></p>
<p>The direct responsibilities of the Journeyman Steel Plate Fitter regarding the shop personnel assigned to him are as follows:</p>
<p>Committed to sustaining 5S practices and implementing lean manufacturing processes.<br />
As required assist the General Foreman in the interview, orientation, training and evaluation of the individual/s in accordance with Company policy.<br />
As required regulate the workflow and the workload of the individual/s.<br />
Ensure that the assigned individuals are adhering to Company policy and<br />
procedure during the performance of their duties.<br />
Check drawings, measurements, and bill of materials, to ensure accuracy, detail, and adequate materials are available to complete the job order.<br />
Complete measurement takeoffs from customer samples or sketches.<br />
Allocate job processes to the correct personnel, i.e.: shearing, burning, sawcutting, braking, waterjet cutting, etc.<br />
Layout engineered drawings.<br />
Cut steel sheet and/or plate into pieces or components prior to assembly.<br />
Fitting and assembly of steel sheet and/or plate into desired product.<br />
Ensure standards of workmanship, safety, and performance are being met.<br />
Keep the General Foreman informed of progress on the job and any difficulties being experienced. <br />
Liaison with the job’s Project Coordinator and respond to change orders where required.<br />
Complete all company reporting requirements with respect to activity on jobs assigned.<br />
Assist where appropriate with training shop personnel.<br />
Encourage and develop the skills of workers throughout the shop.    <br />
 <br />
<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>
<p>Good interpersonal and leadership skills. <br />
Alberta or Interprovincial Journeyman’s Certificate.<br />
Prepared to commit to continuing education.<br />
In good health and able to meet the physical requirements of the job. <br />
Physical demands regularly include:<br />
Standing for long periods of time<br />
Kneeling, bending, and crouching.<br />
Lifting, pulling, pushing, and carrying heavy loads and large pieces of sheet and plate. Working in confined spaces; and, climbing ladders and into, out of, over, and around large structures. <br />
Current WHMIS and First Aid certification and be familiar with Personal Protective Equipment requirements as well as forklift, hoist, chain, sling, and crane safety.<br />
Good organisational skills<br />
Good working knowledge of welding and job shop processes and procedures.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>REMUNERATION</strong></span></p>
<p>The conditions of employment and wage structure are in the Sheet Metal Workers’ International Association, Local Union No. 8 Agreement.  The individual, if not a member of the Union, is required to become a member of the Union within thirty (30) days following the date of employment.</p>

<p>Under the direction of the Company President you would be responsible to:<br />
Directs the financial affairs of the company and prepares financial analysis of operations, including monthly financial statements for the guidance of management</p>
<p>Responsible for the company’s financial plans and policies, accounting practices, the conduct of Company relationships with financial / lending institutions, fiscal records maintenance and the preparation of financial reports</p>
<p>Supervision, oversight and direction over general accounting, internal auditing, cost accounting and budgetary administration and controls<br />
Responsible for company tax planning and compliance with all federal, provincial, municipal, corporate, payroll, GST and any other applicable taxes</p>
<p>The responsibilities of the Controller include, but are not necessarily limited to:</p>
<p>Development, analysis and interpretation of statistical and accounting information in order to appraise operating results in terms of profitability, performance against budget and other matters related to the fiscal / financial stability and operating effectiveness of the company<br />
Maintains the company’s system of accounts and ensures accurate records are maintained for all company transactions and assets either directly or through direct reports</p>
<p>Prepares salaried and hourly staff payrolls, prepares termination cheques, files ROEs, prepares and reconciles annual T4 and T5 reporting, updates and maintains personnel files for all employees<br />
Files WCB reports for injured workers</p>
<p>Provides direction in accounting procedures and accounting system applications to all staff (as appropriate), to maintain proper records and adequate accounting controls </p>
<p>In conjunction with the Company President, oversees and directs company treasury / financial activities including banking (negotiating and credit terms, operating requirements / line of credit, additional capitalization), cash reserves and the investment of funds</p>
<p>Oversees all Company accounting department activities, processes and procedures including accounts receivable, accounts payable, bank reconciliation, cash application / management, payroll and cost accounting<br />
Appraises Company financial position regularly and issues periodic reports to Senior Management on the company’s financial stability, liquidity and growth potential</p>
<p>Prepares the company annual operating and capital budget, financial forecast, inventory dollar levels, budgeting process, planning and internal audit process; collaborates with Senior management to achieve required buy in</p>
<p>Prepares regular monthly reports including income statement, and any reporting required for regulatory agencies and financial institutions; checks information for accuracy and makes adjustments as required <br />
Performs all year end reporting preparation / requirements to ensure timely submission to all required government agencies, financial institutions and 3rd party accounting firm </p>

<p>Studies mid to long range economic trends and keeps up to date on general, business and financial conditions and their possible impact on the company<br />
Assists Senior Management with future growth support information including validating sales, margin and profit assumptions; requirements for capital, land, buildings, staffing, etc for contemplated market, product and customer expansion, competitive acquisition or strategic alliances<br />
Evaluates and recommends adequate insurance coverage for protection against property losses and potential liabilities; executes additions to policies and renewals as required</p>
<p>Determines depreciation rates to apply to capitalized items / assets and maintains company depreciation schedule<br />
Facilitates the timely preparation of all S.R. &amp; E.D. grant information to ensure Company is reimbursed for all appropriate expenses.<br />
Directs, coordinates and manages Company-wide annual physical inventory process</p>
<p>Directs and coordinates Company-wide enterprise computer system including all applications, controls, licenses etc, in conjunction with the designated corporate IT resource   <br />
Promotes teamwork between the office and administration employees and all Company departments through positive role modeling and leading by example</p>
<p>Conducts direct reports probationary reviews and annual performance appraisals in a timely manner <br />

<p>Reporting to the General Manger of Projects, and working as part of our Project Team, you will provide the Project Manager with support to manage the day to day affairs of the assigned projects for all phases of pipeline and facility projects, including development, fabrication, mod assembly construction, commissioning and start-up.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></p>
<p>Understand Tartan’s safety management system, policies, procedures and values.<br />
Responsible for the successful planning and construction of heavy oil infrastructure projects.</p>

Act as liaison with subcontractors in expediting drawings and related information.<br />
Obtain quotations for Field Change Notices.</p>

Monitor field work, including contract work, to ensure compliance with company standards, procedures, specifications and codes.<br />
Participate in the continuous improvement initiatives.<br />

Understand and perform document control functions in accordance with on-site policy and procedures, including tracking and creating of RFI’s, transmitting and tracking of submittals.</p>

Coordinate periodic job-related photographs for records.<br />

<p>This position is responsible for assisting and working closely with the sales team to grow profitable sales for all the product lines by developing quotes, answering sales inquiries for all potential clients, processing orders and assisting walk-in customers. By performing the following duties they act primarily as a communication linked between the clients, our sales team, purchasing and the warehouse.</p>
<p><strong>Principal Duties and Responsibilities:</strong></p>
<p>Processes orders and customer returns accurately and in a timely manner. Populate all required information in software for future reference.<br />
Resolves customer challenges including those concerning billing or regarding products/services provided.<br />
Communicates to sales reps and or designated department any unresolved / open issues for further action.<br />
Maintains a working knowledge of company policies, processes and products to effectively answer customer questions.<br />
Communicates orders and quotations with sales team and clients effectively including documenting notes for follow up or customer call backs.<br />
Enters Changes to existing order entries and documents and communicates follow ups to all concerned.<br />
Prepares appropriate job folders for new jobs ensuring folders are not duplicated.</p>
<p>Updates all active orders hipping dates daily in Atrex as communicated by the client, sales rep, installer or contractor. Over due dates will be relayed to sales rep. and then take appropriate action.<br />
Manages company sample program process including customer follow up and relay to sales rep.<br />
As a support to the sales team, actively endeavors to close any appropriate customer in store or telephone selling opportunities.<br />
Maintain inventory levels as well as participate in annual physical inventory.</p>
<p>Contacts all customer open sales orders for timely pick up and invoicing prior to company year end.<br />
Reviews open order report daily and follows up where required.<br />
Coach staff to ensure that they meet corporate objectives.<br />
Participate in sales training programs.<br />
Maintain showroom tidiness, displays, and literature.<br />
Responsible for resolving order shortages, back orders and inventory discrepancies.</p>
<p><strong>Standards of Performance:</strong></p>
<p>The CSR/Sales person is the first person that customers or visitors see when they enter OUR CLIENT’S store, and the first voice that they hear when they call, therefore making a positive impression is essential.<br />

<p> <strong>Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:</strong></p>

<p>Keep production manager posted on time frames and delays on back ordered parts.<br />
Reserve and purchase any changes to parts on production work orders.<br />
Maintain adequate inventory levels of production parts by purchasing from vendors or branch transfers.<br />
Ensure required equipment is on-site when needed, including transfer of equipment from other branches.<br />
Source and purchase special parts for production WO as required.<br />
Arrange for non-Frontier parts purchased to be used on production WO as per production schedule.</p>
<p>Arrange vendor returns on items not required on production WO and not normally stocked.<br />
Work with vendors on weekly shop supplies and issue PO as required.<br />
Work with accounts payable on clarification of any purchase order discrepancies from vendors.<br />
Parts approve production WO’s.<br />

<span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION </strong></span><br />
 <br />
The role of QC INSPECTOR will involve the management of all QA/QC functions in the workplace and the management of the welding inspectors for day-to-day QA/QC functions. The QC Engineer will coordinate with sub-contractors for enquiry quotations and with testing agencies for Procedure Qualification Records and all other required tests. He or she will interface and coordinate with clients for production and QC matters and coordinate with third party inspection agencies for all related inspection activities. The QC Engineer will act as a focal and coordination point for ISO internal and external audits and will conduct internal and operation audits.<br />
 <br />
Duties include, but are not limited to:<br />
Ensuring all relevant tasks and operations in the manufacturing area are correctly defined, and all quality procedures are followed in accordance with company policy;<br />
Investigate and resolve quality related problems;<br />
Develop and update quality manuals and procedures;<br />
Prepare Non-Conformance Reports as well as weekly reports for the management team;<br />
Ensure all pressure equipment is built to ASME Codes and other relevant standards and that all required certification/calibration for equipment production are maintained;<br />
Ensure client specifications are followed;<br />
Maintain and develop welding procedures, welder’s log and welders qualification documents;<br />
Develop Inspection and Test Plans;<br />
Liaise with Shop Foreman and welders to ensure fabrication is in accordance with specifications and drawings;<br />
Conduct daily shop inspection;<br />
Inspection of incoming material;<br />
Final inspection of equipment prior to shipment;<br />
Handling of customer complaints;<br />
Preparation for external audits conducted by ASME, ABSA and clients;<br />
Ensure ISO program and procedures are followed.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS </strong></span><br />
 <br />
The successful candidate will have the following:<br />
Diploma from an accredited technical school;<br />
CWB Level 2 (minimum) along with 3-5 years of experience in the Fabrication to ASME Section VIII Div. 1 pressure vessels;<br />
Experience within the design and fabrication of pressure vessels is desired;<br />
Knowledge and experience with ASME B31.3 Piping requirements, as well as ISO program.<br />
Candidates must be able to lift up to 50lbs to facilitate inspection of various products and equipment. Safe work performance is required from each employee at all times.<br />
 <br />
Salary is based on experience. Shared cost benefits, including medical, dental, short and long term disability, are available after a probationary period.<br />

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></span></p>
<p>Reporting to the COO, the Project Manger is responsible for the direction of the day to day operations of the assigned division.  In conjunction with the parameters, objectives and initiatives of the COO, the Project Manager will direct and coordinate all operating functions of the division to maximize operating profitability and will assist in the development and implementation of policies and procedures that are in line with the corporate long-range objectives and strategies.</p>
<p>The Project Manager may supervises:<br />
Project Administrator<br />
Field and/or Shop Personnel<br />
Quality Control Personnel<br />
Warehouse Personnel<br />
 <br />
The Project Manager is the day to day operating manager appointed by and derives authority from the COO of our client.  The Project Manager has full delegated authority to direct and coordinate all day to day operating functions of the assigned division(s) to maximize operating profitability, achieve customer service excellence and provide a safe working environment within the parameters and limitations set by the COO.</p>
<p>You will be responsible to adhere to all policies, procedures and practices of our client. In collaboration with the COO, you are responsible for planning, directing and overseeing all aspects of the assigned operating division’s operations including operational policies, goals, objectives and initiatives</p>
<p><strong>You will also be responsible but not limited to:</strong></p>
<p>Develops the annual sales and operating budget and monitors results monthly in conjunction with the COO and CFO<br />
Develops operating plans considering capital and manpower requirements, including plans to meet potential problems and contingencies in the event of profit or revenue shortfall.<br />
Manage projects assigned to the Project Manager to his division including<br />
Ensure that all job costing and payroll records are completed accurately and turned in on time and that billing is accurate and on time.<br />
Arrange and attend meetings with the Estimator, Purchasing Agent, Chief Operating Officer and Field Superintendent to plan the job as the start and critique it in the end.</p>
<p>Carefully control documentation for change orders and extras.<br />
Report weekly to the Chief Operating Officer on the status of all jobs and any major problems.<br />
Overall leadership toward implementing project plan.<br />
Provides creative leadership while managing the day to day operations<br />
Analyzes assigned division’s sales, expenses, and productivity / performance measurements.  Manages costs and takes appropriate action as required if results are below agreed to target / budget.<br />
Through the credit application process, recommends customers applying for credit approval to the Administration Office Manager<br />
Controls consumable expense inventory levels in collaboration with the Asset Purchasing Manager</p>
<p>Directly responsible for the maintenance, housekeeping and appearance of the assigned division’s equipment, building and other assets.<br />
Recommend newly recruited and performance level evaluation employee salary increases within the Salary matrix.<br />
Is directly  accountable for ensuring that all necessary staff resources are in place and effectively trained and utilized to achieve agreed to targets and budgets for the operating functions of the assigned divisions<br />
Ensures employee performance appraisals are conducted within established H/R guidelines.<br />
Ensures up to date job descriptions are in place for all positions as agreed to with the H/R Manager<br />
With the support of the H/R Manager, develops and implements employee training and development plan<br />
Ensures that the benefits of agreed to employee training and development are realized</p>
<p>Under the direction of the COO and in concert with the organization’s strategic direction is a major contributor to the development of strategy and plans to improve the assigned division’s operations, business practices and growth<br />
Operating within the overall organizational strategy, is responsible for establishing, implementing and monitoring the performance of operational policies, processes and results<br />
Ensures that H/R, operating and safety policy manuals and process documentation is up to date and readily available to employees.<br />
Ensures all established safety and loss prevention policies are adhered to and provides effective leadership in this area</p>
<p>Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships through direct or indirect customer contact with a view to developing new business opportunities for all divisions and presenting all divisions positively to the marketplace<br />

<p>Our Clients’ businesses consist of sewer, drinking water, and energy and mining pipeline rehabilitation and protection. The company provides cost-effective solutions to remediate  operational, health, regulatory and environmental problems resulting from aging and defective pipelines. Our Clients’ technologies allow its customers to avoid the extraordinary expense and extreme disruption that can result from traditional &#8220;dig and replace&#8221; methods.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES: </strong></span></p>
<p>Work effectively with supervisors and peers in the successful rehabilitation and repair of a variety of sewer lines<br />
Direct operators of construction equipment with alignment, movement and adjustment of machinery to conform to location needs<br />
Drive various vehicles (pickups to tractor-trailer rigs) to haul crews and equipment<br />
Assist in initial setup and cleanup of sites<br />
Review entry and work permits, and assists in the review of pre and post installation videos</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS: </strong></span></p>
<p>High School diploma or equivalent preferred<br />
Experience as an Equipment Operator with a Class 3 or 1 driver&#8217;s license, flusher or vactor truck experience helpful<br />
1st Aid, CSTS, TDG, Confined Space and WHIMIS Safety Tickets an asset<br />
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals<br />
Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide all units of measure, including whole numbers, common fractions and decimals<br />
Must be able to enter confirmed space and comply with safety policies<br />
Must be able to work outdoors, and will occasionally be exposed to fumes or airborne particles<br />
Extensive travel required<br />
Must be able to pass pre-employment drug test and medical</p>

Obtain experience working with field crews and subcontractors to manage project costs, meet expected production rates and gross profit margins<br />
This position requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction<br />
Attend pre-bid, pre-construction and project status meetings with our customers</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our client is looking for an experienced <strong>SHOP WELDER </strong>for their <strong>GRANDE PRAIRIE, AB </strong>location.</p>
<p>The Shop Welder reports to the specified job Superintendent or his designate. The Welder may be designated as a lead hand, and then he may supervise any welders designated to him by his superintendent or immediate supervisor. The Welder may recommend all necessary equipment and maintenance purchases for whatever he is using directly to the Supervisor on requisition for written approval.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES:</strong></span></p>
<p>Join or sever metals in beams, piping, girders, vessels, and other metal components.<br />
Make metal parts used in construction and manufacturing plants, and weld parts, tools, machines and equipment.<br />
Adhere to all policies, procedures and practices.<br />
Ensure that any equipment or material being used is in good repair and maintained.</p>
<p>Adjust and perform minor maintenance on welding equipment and other hand and small power tools<br />
Prepare surfaces for welding by removing slag and smoothing with cutting torch, grinder and other tools.<br />
Prepare clean and concise reports as requested.<br />
Ensure all safety tickets are up to date.<br />
To provide safe, quality and on time work habits to the employer and the customer at all times.</p>
<p>Build up worn parts by welding layers of high-strength hard-metal alloys.<br />
Use different welding processes and fillers depending upon the type of metal, its size and shape, and requirements for finished product strength.<br />
Candidates may be required to: develop patterns for projects or follow directions given in layouts, blueprints and work orders; clean, check for defects and shape component parts.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>
<p>Must have a B-Pressure Certification or CWB Tickets.<br />
B-Pressure: Pipe and Structural.<br />
Small bore and heavy wall experience.<br />
This position is located in a shop environment and requires no travel.</p>

<p>BS degree with a concentration in Engineering or other related field.<br />
EIT required, PE preferred.<br />

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>
<p>BS degree with a concentration in Engineering or other related field.<br />
EIT required, PE preferred.<br />
NACE Specialist certification required.<br />
Required Operator Qualifications.<br />
Minimum of 8 years related professional experience.</p>

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></span></p>
<p>The Senior Engineer will be responsible for planning and scheduling all aspects of assigned projects.<br />
Oversee assigned project to successful completion, including final reporting.<br />
Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed action and/or decision in regards to project completion.<br />
Supervise engineers and technicians assigned to the projects.<br />
Responsible for completing assigned project within budget.<br />
Act as direct interface with customer on assigned projects or customer accounts.<br />
Schedule and coordinate multiple engineering projects to successful completion.<br />
Analyze material and structure layout to conceive most appropriate design.<br />

<p>Plan and perform duties involved with evaluation, design and check-out of cathodic protection systems and other corrosion control systems<br />
Provide technical supervision and technical assistance to other divisions within the company<br />
Conduct various field tests to gather data for evaluation purposes<br />
Monitor construction activities for adherence to design specifications<br />
Conduct post-installation surveys, complete interference testing and energize rectifier systems</p>
<p>Organize and reduce data gathered, prepare charts and tables<br />
Recommend modifications to senior staff for approval.<br />
Assist senior staff in the preparation of survey and design reports and final job reports.</p>
<p>Assist senior staff in analyzing requirements and the design of appropriate corrosion control measures<br />
Diagnose and recommend remedies for system difficulties observed during resurvey operations<br />
Provide maintenance of field test equipment, ensure good operation condition and render minor repairs<br />
Assemble field data for preparation of final client report including service recommendations<br />
Travel is required</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>
<p>Bachelor of Science in Engineering, preferred Electrical, Electro-chemical or Metallurgical Engineering preferred. EIT preferred<br />
Experience or training in research and development related to cathodic protection/corrosion<br />
NACE CP Level 1 Certification preferred<br />
Strong team player and customer service attitude<br />
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously<br />

Excellent written and oral communication and effective presentation skills;<br />
Strong familiarity and experience with all types of construction delivery methods;<br />
PMP designation an asset;<br />
LEED accreditation an asset;<br />

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Addiction Program Supervisor</strong></span></p>
<p>Is responsible for planning and directing the work of the addiction counsellor team and monitoring their work.<br />
Must work collaboratively with the team to further the mandate of and facilitate the growth of the agency.<br />
Skills for this position include; good verbal and written communication skills, emotional maturity and good judgment, the ability to remain calm in stressful situations, a positive and flexible attitude, problem solving and decision making skills.  The ability to work both independently and as part of a team.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>The Addiction Program Supervisors duties include;</strong></span></p>
<p>Managing a case load with the same criteria as outlined in the Addiction counsellor job description<br />
Maintain communication with and fulfill duties as requested by the Executive Director</p>
<p>Provide input to the Executive Director regarding program development and assisting new program implementation<br />
Execute and follow through with client discharges is a timely and appropriate manner<br />
Delegate addiction counsellor team tasks<br />
Addressing resident concerns<br />
Monitor paperwork in client files and Our Client’s database quarterly for all employees<br />
Train and oversee resident security team<br />
Monitor and make changes as necessary to laundry schedule<br />
Oversee and facilitate house meeting, communicate issues to management team</p>
<p>Run counseling team meeting<br />
Interview and supervise individuals who request practicum student placement or addiction counsellors as necessary<br />
Conduct and report on a minimum of 4 room searches per week<br />
Competent in Our Client’s medication supervision and monitoring client medication<br />
Cover medication distribution as needed<br />
Run groups as necessary to cover absent staff or as support for new staff<br />
Planning a yearly program schedule in consultation with other management staff</p>
<p>Scheduling and overseeing presentations and groups with outside agencies<br />
Infection prevention and control including bed bug precautions and eradication procedures as needed<br />
Representing Our Client’s Addiction Recovery Centre in a positive manner in the community at all times<br />
Keep up to date with new developments in your field by reading professional literature, attending courses and seminars, and establishing and maintaining contact with other social service agencies.<br />
This position reports to the Executive Director.<br />

<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>
<p>The successful candidate must have the following qualifications:<br />
Undergraduate degree in Commerce, Finance or a related discipline;<br />
Minimum of 5 years direct experience in the fundamental analysis of corporate bonds at the institutional level;<br />
Completion of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation;<br />
Advanced proficiency in financial statement modeling is essential;<br />

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Our client is currently looking to hire a <strong>SHIPPING SUPERVISOR </strong>for their South Edmonton, Alberta location.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>JOB DESCRIPTION:</strong></span></p>
<p>Responsible for staging, loading and unloading finished product and raw materials. Stock and maintain warehouse inventory.</p>
<p>Package finished product for shipping. (shrink wrapping, banding, boxing, labeling).<br />
Stage finished product for loading.<br />
Load finished product onto truck.<br />
Unload raw materials from truck.<br />
Move raw materials to warehouse storage.</p>
<p>Move waste from assembly line to dumpsters.<br />
Responsible for quality control.  Make adjustments as necessary to produce product within specifications.  Reject product outside of specifications.  Complete appropriate non-compliance documentation for inputs and outputs in a timely fashion. </p>
<p>Operate within standard operating procedures (SOPs) and established Job Safety Processes (JSP).<br />
Operate forklift in a safe fashion to maintain raw material supply for the production line.<br />
Complete accurate shipping waybills.<br />
Perform daily preventive maintenance (PMs) on forklift. Ensure all equipment is kept at an “as new” condition.<br />
Communicate with operators from other departments.<br />
Ensure maximum production of quality product in the shortest period of time.  EFFICIENCY.</p>
<p>Clean and maintain work area.<br />
Turn off and lock out equipment when not in use.<br />
Implement and coordinate QA activities for the Alberta region<br />
Monitor the Quality Assurance system<br />
Experienced and deep understanding of quality assurance and quality control programs (ISO).</p>
<p>Assist in training of employees in the QA policies<br />
Develop regional Quality ITP’s and Quality procedures<br />
Remain informed of ISO Quality Assurance and relative standards<br />
Provide interpretations of specifications and standards for clients<br />
Ensure all NCR’s, PA’s, and CA’s are closed out in a timely manner</p>
<p>Review and provide reports as required<br />
Administer the product alert / on-call process<br />
Participate in internal and external audits as required<br />
Assist mechanics and outside service personnel in repair work and the development of new processes.<br />
Perform back-up for fitting department, the punching department and other functions as assigned by the Plant Manager (PM).<br />
Provide on-the-job training to new employees.</p>
<p>Complete material requisition forms to order new materials and appropriate variable shop supplies.  Maintain economical supply levels adhering to just in time (JIT) manufacturing principles.<br />
Assist in the coordination of production startups, shutdowns and changeovers.</p>
<p>Complete paper work (e.g. waybills, receiving and daily time card) in a timely fashion.  Report daily in writing to the PM on all unusual process activity when applicable.<br />
Other duties as assigned.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>
<p>3+ years experience in shipping within a fast-paced environment.</p>
<p>Basic reading, writing and arithmetic skills required.  This is normally acquired through a high school diploma.<br />
Forklift certification and minimum 1 year work experience in driving a forklift.</p>
<p>Ability to properly lift up to 70 lbs required.<br />
Excellent communication skills are mandatory with other personnel.  Good command of the English language, both oral and written is a must.<br />
The individual must be able to schedule his day on the fly and have strong skills to prioritize continually throughout the day.  This position is one that requires a lot of attention (situation awareness) with a great emphasis on detail and quality.</p>
<p>Minimum 3 years in a related quality assurance role<br />
All QA related experience and certification will be considered<br />
Working conditions are normal for a welding based manufacturing environment.  Work may involve the lifting of product and materials up to 70 pounds.  Working in this environment requires the use of safety equipment to include but not limited to; eye safety glasses, hearing protection, work boots and coveralls.  It is up to the individual as to the use of available breathing apparatus.</p>
<p>He/she is required to maintain a professional appearance at all times while on USI/VSI property.  Clothing which is found to be distractive, or less than desirable such as tee shirts (welding), pants or coveralls with holes, clothing that have racial or offensive slogans, clothing which is revealing or any other objectionable form of clothing that does not present a professional appearance is not acceptable at anytime on the premises.</p>

The company provides cost-effective solutions to remediate operational, health, regulatory and environmental problems resulting from aging and defective pipelines. Oour Client allows its customers to avoid the extraordinary expense and extreme disruption that can result from traditional &#8220;dig and replace&#8221; methods.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>RESPONSIBILITIES:</strong></span></p>
<p>Manage other Field Engineers and Project Managers to plan, direct and manage all activities of assigned CIPP projects to ensure that company objectives for customer satisfaction, safety, quality, production, revenue and profit are met within a prescribed time frame<br />
Accountable for the project management system, tools and staff for all assigned projects from the time a project is acquired through the final payment of closed projects</p>
<p>Acquire fully executed contracts from customers and sub-contractors<br />
Provide Regional Manager, Field Engineer(s), Superintendent(s) and appropriate sub-contractors with Job Transfer and work schedule.<br />
Administer Internal Project Meetings with the Superintendents, Field Engineer(s) and appropriate sub-contractors to make necessary changes and finalize the work schedule</p>
<p>Attend the customer’s Pre-Construction Meeting and ensures necessary staff and sub-contractors attend<br />
Procure Critical Project Documents (necessary permits, submittals, sub-contractor insurance requirements) required by the specifications or client<br />
Monitor projects daily and record production and job costs into the project management system</p>
<p>Prepare weekly and monthly Project Progress Reports as required<br />
Identify changes in the scope of work to determine if there is an opportunity or need to submit a Change Order Request to the customer.  Facilitate and execute all Change Orders with the customer<br />
Plan and hold Project Status Meetings with the customer, sub-contractors, Field Engineer and Superintendents as necessary<br />
Monitor and verify all sub-contractor production daily and record progress in the project management system</p>
<p>Verify and record committed and actual job costs into the project management system daily<br />
Complete a Project Close Out Report to identify final changes in work scope, additional revenue opportunities, punch list items and any hindrances that may delay close out and final payment<br />
Submit invoices and collect payments from the customer as necessary<br />
Identify new business opportunities with existing customers<br />
Update and maintain customer/contact database for all contacts associated with any project, existing customers, sub-contractors, prime contractors or any other parties that may influence or impact OUR CLIENT’S success</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span>:</p>
<p>Bachelor of Science degree with a concentration in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related field<br />
P. Eng preferred<br />
Minimum of 7 to 10 years experience in field management construction as listed above<br />
Experience in a civil, water/ sewer or municipal environment required<br />
Experience managing Field Engineers and Project Managers<br />
Experience troubleshooting issues with customers as needed<br />
Must have a solid understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel, with JD Edwards software systems helpful<br />
Approximately 20% travel is required</p>

<p>Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, the Warehouse Person will work as part of a small team and will be responsible for shipping, receiving and inventory control duties.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS</strong></span></p>
<p>The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years shipping/receiving experience in a warehouse environment. Knowledge of the chemical industry is an asset. The ability to operate a forklift and intermediate computer skills are also required. Candidates must be in strong physical condition, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have the ability to handle pressure and pay close attention to detail.</p>
<p>High school diploma or equivalent is required. WHMIS and TDG are assets.</p>
<p>This position involves working a 40 hour work week. Some overtime and on-call will be required.</p>
<p>Our client offers a competitive wage and a comprehensive benefit plan is available after a probationary period. This position is eligible for an annual bonus incentive.</p>

<p>Reporting directly to the General Manager, the CQO is responsible for internal branch audits, co-ordination of audits with external auditing firm, scheduling of calibration, updates and distribution of changes to manuals, and training related to the QA system.</p>
<p>Additionally this individual is responsible for gathering, maintaining, and distributing technical information to all departments, creating and updating CAD drawings, and assisting branch personnel with technical, environmental and health and safety issues.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>Duties include (but are not limited to):</strong></span></p>
<p>Responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining, quality management procedures and systems.<br />
Defining quality policies and interacting with Branch Managers and Production Supervisors.<br />
Responsible for internal auditing at each branch twice per year,<br />
Co-ordination of audits with external auditing firm.<br />
Scheduling of calibration and maintaining calibration records.<br />
Reviewing current policies and implement plans to improve upon the existing quality procedures.<br />

Review and analyze the effectiveness of any system modifications made.<br />
Training of branch personnel as it relates to the QA system.<br />
Leading Review Team meetings after each audit.<br />
Providing support to the branch operations with respect to Quality, Health and Safety, Environment and technical issues.<br />
Responsible for gathering, maintaining and distributing technical information to all departments.<br />

Requires overnight travel approximately 1 week out of every 8 to 12 weeks.<br />
Responsible to ensure compliance with all applicable safety and environmental legislation.<br />
Ensure that all procedures within the company conform to health and safety regulations, financial policies and Provincial and Federal legislation.</p>
<p><span style="text-decoration: underline;"><strong>QUALIFICATIONS:</strong></span></p>
<p>Graduate of recognized mechanical engineering technology program.<br />
Consideration given to those with foreign Mechanical Engineering University Degree.<br />
Minimum 5 years work experience in a Mechanical Engineering or related Trades environment.<br />
Strong troubleshooting and failure analysis skills.<br />
Effective communication and report writing skills.<br />
Excellent analytical abilities to grasp the key points from complicated details.<br />
Good leadership capabilities to lead projects to successful completion.<br />
Familiarity with the tools, concepts and methodologies of quality management.<br />
Able to work independently and efficiently to meet deadlines.<br />
Able to promptly answer support related email, phone calls and other electronic communications.<br />
Self motivated, detail-oriented and organized.<br />
Experience or training in related fields such as coatings, honing, welding and conventional machine shop equipment.<br />
Proficient computer skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook.<br />
Strong communication skills (verbal, written).<br />
Superior organizational, leadership and mentoring skills.<br />
Proficient in reading and understanding drawings, blueprints and parts blow ups.<br />
Ability to read, analyze and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations.<br />
Proficient in the use of CAD or Solid Works.<br />
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals.<br />
Hands on experience in hydraulics, machining, and welding, would bean asset.</p>
