Stefanie Willis Howse
Our Principal and Executive Recruiter, Stefanie Willis Howse, brings over 13 years experience in the Recruitment & Consulting Industry.
Stefanie started out as a Permanent Placement Coordinator for an International Placement Agency based in Vancouver, BC and quickly moved her way up to Area Manager for the Edmonton, Calgary and Vancouver offices.
Stefanie also undertook the role of International Recruitment Trainer for Canada, The United States, Australia and England in which she trained 100's of Staffing Recruiters. After 5 years of service, Stefanie left the company and started IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. in August 2001 in Edmonton, Alberta. Since graduating from the University of Alberta with an Honors Degree in Psychology, Stefanie applies her educational skills daily to the myriad of needs of IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc.'s clients around the Globe.
Stefanie is very involved in the community, having served on numerous boards, committees and volunteer projects. Stefanie is currently an active member with ACSESS and is also a Human Resource/Recruitment Consultant with the Business Development Bank of Canada.
Stefanie believes in providing top-notch, superior customer service to every client IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. serves and has administered this expectation to her entire team as well.
Sharra Semeniuk
Sharra joined IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. in April 2006 and brings a unique background to the IN DEMAND team. She spent 7 years as a Corporate Event Planner, which involved planning and executing events such as trade shows, conventions, customer appreciation events and more.She was even involved with the 2004 Juno Awards Gala Dinner.
Sharra's experience has allowed her to develop and master extensive administrative, planning and communication skills. While it is important to focus on the desired end result, Sharra recognizes the importance of enjoying the journey. She has the ability to keep things in perspective and not allow continuous and changing demands faze her. Client service was, and continues to be, a big focus - looking after last-minute requests, and anticipating requirements in order to be thoroughly prepared for any situation.
