ACCOUNT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE – TORONTO, ONTARIO, CANADA – # 3668

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently recruiting for an ACCOUNT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE for our Toronto, ON client.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Sales, account management and business retention for our client’s products and services in support of profitable growth and other business objectives

Provide proactive account service management in support of business objectives and to achieve customer satisfaction

Assist with development and execution of customer service strategy

Meet with customers at least quarterly to discuss service levels and expectations, share process improvements, discuss operation of benefits plans, identify gaps in service levels, determine root causes and develop solutions

Identify customer specific service issues, identify solutions and lead resolutions of issues working with other areas to implement

Respond to customer requests for network analysis, benefit plan design changes and benefit questions and clarifications

Manage plan administration activities, including installation, plan set-up, eligibility and billing and drafting by working proactively with support areas; signs-off on ID cards

Support open enrollment activities

QUALIFICATIONS:

3-5 years industry or customer service experience preferably with complex accounts

College degree or equivalent work experience

Experience working in health insurance as an Underwriter, Service Representative, Provider Relations Representative, Account Service Representative or Associate Account Manager would be an asset

Strong multi-tasking skills

Must have a positive attitude, ability to handle change and manage complex accounts

Some traveling for client meetings is required
