IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently looking to hire an EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT to the President for our Central Edmonton, Alberta based client.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
Our client is seeking a highly organized, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to support the President. This role requires exceptional communication skills, strong judgment, and the ability to manage complex schedules, priorities, and confidential information.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the President’s calendar, meetings, priorities, and communications.
- Prepare agendas, minutes, reports, correspondence, and confidential documents.
- Handle information requests, organize files, track deadlines, and maintain efficient office systems.
- Screen and respond to emails; gather information and conduct research as needed.
- Coordinate meetings, events, and special projects.
- Work independently, exercise discretion, and represent the President professionally.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leaders.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Professional, mature, and able to work with a variety of personality types.
- Experience in residential construction or rental real estate is an asset.
- Expert-level proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive).
- Proactive, resourceful, able to multitask, and comfortable working under pressure.
- Strong written and verbal communication; high integrity with confidential information.
- Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines with urgency and accuracy.
