Our Global Chemical Client is searching for a Sr. Process Engineer to ensure the production of high-quality products while maintaining safety and environmental standards. Must be able to analyze processes, troubleshoot issues, and drive improvements.  Great salary, bonus, benefits, and relocation options.

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Analyze processes, troubleshoot issues, and recommend improvements.

Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental standards.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams on projects and process enhancements.

Monitor daily production and identify trends, reporting variances as needed.

Provide oversight for production lines and facilitate training when necessary.

Investigate and prepare reports on production problems and customer complaints.

Assist in developing operating goals to reduce costs and improve efficiency.

Conduct trials to optimize manufacturing processes and validate new products.

Maintain hazardous waste training requirements.

Authorize process changes and work permits as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• BS Engineering (Chemical, Mechanical or Textile) degree with 5+ years of Process Engineering experience in Chemicals, Textiles, or Composites Industries.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
• Ability to implement process changes and improvements.
• Ability to work in the USA without sponsorship, now or in the future..
