Provide Help Desk/Desktop Support for all North, Central, and South American facilities. Must have the ability to not only troubleshoot but be able to resolve local and remote end user computer, printer, and phone related issues.
Additionally, responsibilities include being able to schedule service calls, train users on new and existing software and hardware, oversee software deployments, procedure development, and all software and hardware updates.
Provide technical assistance and support to troubleshoot all hardware, software, and basic network issues
Support issues related to Windows OS (Windows 10, 7), Apple iOS, and applications which include Microsoft Office365, Teams, OneDrive, Adobe, Internet Explorer, Edge, Chrome and Cisco VPN.
Image computers, laptops, and tablets and oversee software / hardware deployment and updates
Create, alter, and delete user accounts
Perform and schedule service calls
Perform asset Management
Train end users on new and existing software
Provide support for non-standard systems, including Digital Signage, Security Camera’s, Badge Systems, AV systems, and shipping system
Develop and maintain computer-related procedures and policies
Have completed a 2 or 4-year Computer Science related degree.
Have 2 to 3 years technical experience supporting computers / software. Basic knowledge of Active Directory, Smartphones, wireless, VPN, and basic networking.
Great customer service skills, responsible, dependable, hardworking, and a self-starter. Must have the ability to judge and attend to problems in an accurate manner related to priority. Must also apply knowledge efficiently and have a strong aptitude to learn and apply new knowledge
Must be able to lift, carry, and switch out PC hardware and be able to work on a computer all day.
CompTIA A+ Certification, Latest operation and Office365 training
