IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently looking to hire a COMMERCIAL SALES REPRESENTATIVE (CSR) for our West Edmonton, AB client.

The Ideal Candidate should have:

Proven track record of success in Business to Business Sales

Ability to create effective marketing strategies to produce new clients and cross sell existing clients

Skills to work in collaborative team approach with staff to create unique risk management strategies for new and existing clients

Ability to retain and renew business on year over year basis

Be able to learn, present, persuade and sell

Time management skills as well as ability to work under pressure with project deadlines


3 years minimum sales experience Business to Business (B2B)

Must obtain the General Brokers License prior to start date

CAIB or CIP courses an asset

Pass Criminal Background Check

Basic computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Prezi.

The utmost Integrity and professional ethics

A professional level of English (both verbal and written) required.
