EQUIPMENT STORE MANAGER – LINCOLN, NEBRASKA, USA – # 5064

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently recruiting for an EQUIPMENT STORE MANAGER for our Lincoln, NB client.

Our client, a farm equipment retailer, is seeking a Store Manager to provide leadership and accountability for personnel, partnerships and performance for this location. They are looking to hire immediately. Candidates must be employee-focused and customer-focused and have a desire to run this store as if it were you own!

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Coordinate/lead all store events including staff meetings and marketing events

Execute plans for achieving annual budgets and business plans

Coach/Mentor/Develop/Oversee performance of all location personnel as well as schedule meetings and performance goals

Optimize profitable growth in sales, parts and service departments

Incorporate PrecisionAg, data management and agronomic services/solutions to customers

Ensure security of the store, personnel and assets as well as promote safety measures and a clean, friendly atmosphere for staff and customers

Keep senior management aware of changes in marketplace including competitiveness issues

QUALIFICATIONS:

2-year Postsecondary Education required or related Experience; 4-year College Degree preferred

3 or more years proven Ag Equipment Sales or Operations Management experience

Experience with either CaseIH, John Deere, Kubota, New Holland, McCormick or other AGCO equipment lines

MUST have staff management experience

MUST have experience with retail store financials

Solid ability to sell farm equipment and coach/mentor others

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and internet

Clean driving record

Preferably reside in regional area of store
