JOB DESCRIPTION:

 

Our client is a leader in the manufacture of advanced machining technology solutions

Manage the Day to Day Service of the Canadian Service Department

Ensure Customer Satisfaction by efficient use of personnel and ensuring professional standards are maintained in communication and workmanship

Monitor and enforce our client’s policies and procedures

Encourage and motivate personnel

Ensure Employee Turnover is minimal

Maintain and enforce Discipline in accordance with company policy and Canadian ESA

Ensure required employee training is up to date and encourage expansion of each employee capabilities by further training and experiences

Any other duties cited by General Manager

QUALIFICATIONS:

This is a Top Tier Canadian Machinery build and service company.

Directly Supervise 18 Technicians across Canada (BC, Alberta, Quebec, Ontario) and 7 office associates reports directly to this role.

Must have 8-10 years of Service Management experience directly supervising Field Service Technicians in a Machine Build or System Integration environment within Canada.

Ideally from a Top Tier System Integration (OEM) company.

Knowledge of CNC Machining Centers, their applications and Use within the Canadian industry (Automotive, Aerospace, Light Metal Fabrication)
