As a Sourcer with IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc., you will play a critical role in identifying and attracting top-tier candidates to meet our clients’ staffing needs. Working closely with our Recruitment team, you will leverage a variety of sourcing techniques and tools to identify potential candidates and engage with them to gauge their interest and suitability for specific roles.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including online channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media), networking, referrals, and Boolean search techniques, to identify potential candidates.
  • Conduct thorough candidate searches using internal and external databases, job portals, and other resources to identify potential candidates who meet our clients’ specific requirements.
  • Screen and assess candidates’ qualifications, skills, and experience to determine their suitability for specific roles.
  • Engage with candidates through email, phone calls, and social media to build relationships and assess their interest in available opportunities.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and Recruitment Consultants, ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and other databases.
  • Collaborate with Recruitment Consultants and Hiring Managers to understand their staffing needs and provide support in sourcing candidates for open positions.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, market conditions, and best practices in talent acquisition to continually improve sourcing strategies and techniques. 


  • Proven experience as a Sourcer, Talent Sourcer, or similar role, preferably in a recruitment agency or corporate environment.
  • Strong sourcing skills, including proficiency in Boolean search techniques and experience using online sourcing tools and platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, Indeed, Naukri.com).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and build relationships with candidates.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment software tools.
