IN DEMAND Recruitment is looking for a MAINTENANCE PLANNER for our Pryor, OK client.

Summary

We are seeking a Maintenance Planner for a growing paper packaging manufacturer in the Pryor, Oklahoma area. This role offers a strong opportunity to build, manage, and optimize detailed maintenance schedules across preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs, supporting equipment reliability and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate planned maintenance activities with production schedules to minimize downtime and operational disruption
• Create, prioritize, and manage work orders within a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS)
• Collaborate closely with maintenance technicians, engineers, and production teams to resolve equipment reliability issues
• Coordinate with external contractors and vendors for specialized maintenance services and repairs
• Support continuous improvement initiatives by implementing best practices and contributing to maintenance policies and procedures

Qualifications & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in maintenance planning within an industrial manufacturing environment
• Experience using SAP as an ERP system is a strong asset
• Highly organized with the ability to prioritize workloads while meeting budgetary and scheduling requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Working knowledge of OSHA and applicable safety standards
• Experience in the corrugated or paper packaging industry is a strong asset
