PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST – JOHN DEERE EQUIPMENT, REGINA, SK, CANADA – #5509

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently recruiting a PRODUCT SUPPORT SPECIALIST for our Regina, SK client.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Based in Regina, and as a key member of the Customer Support Team, the Product Support Specialist for Agricultural Equipment will support a network of branch locations across Canada. A rigorous and comprehensive training program on products, terminology, and techniques is provided. Various shifts are available to support the 24/7 Customer Support Service Centre.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Place new customer Parts orders, following up on existing orders, confirming the availability of inventory and responding to pricing inquiries by phone, email and text.
  • Initiate outbound sales calls to customers.
  • Provide parts support and assistance for other field staff.
  • Work with multiple vendors to provide various options to ensure parts requests are satisfied.
  • Other duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Demonstrated ability to deliver the high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Detail oriented to ensure high level of accuracy to ensure parts requests are handled quickly and accurately the first time.
  • Experience in using multiple web applications and programs and be able to quickly navigate through various systems while responding to incoming customer inquiries.
  • Active listener able to understand customers through two-way engagement to respond to parts related requests and where needed provide recommendations and solutions.
  • Able to work as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in both French and English would be an asset.
  • Previous experience in the agricultural industry would be an asset.
  • Previous experience in outbound sales is an asset.
