IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently recruiting for a B2B OUTSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE for our Edmonton, AB client.
We currently have a remarkable, outside B2B (business to business) sales opportunity that will encourage a talented, energetic, focused individual to grow personally and professionally in the commercial cleaning industry. 70% of business owners are not happy with their current cleaning company. This creates a unique ground-floor opportunity for an enthusiastic, creative professional SUPERSTAR Salesperson who is prepared to build an account base through new business development. Our client’s services are respected in the industry with high customer retention rates. They are looking for the right Salesperson to prospect and educate buyers of their unique identity in the marketplace and quality control to exceed expectations.
Reporting to the President, you will:
Boost prospecting efforts to generate appointments and sales.
Increase productivity through daily planning and organization.
Sustain weekly cold calling goals and follow-up as the program requires.
Build a strong sales pipeline by lead management and maintenance activities.
Research assigned territory to identify potential new accounts.
“Hunter” experience preferred.
Special projects as determined by management.
Meet and exceed customer requirements
Follow up with clients to ensure 100% customer satisfaction
Assist and contribute to the development of quotes and bids
Deal with customer inquiries
Assist the President with meeting company goals by implementing actions that drive the company sales strategy
Achieve sales targets
The objective of this position is to assist in the growth and profitability of our client
