IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently recruiting for a TERRITORY MANAGER for their Montreal, QC client.
Our client is an Office Coffee Service provider, listed on Profit 100 Company, and Growth 500 Company repeatedly. With an entrepreneurial culture that provides customers with the highest quality services, top-selling coffee brands (exclusive distributor of Nespresso and Illy).
- Lead point of contact for its portfolio of clients
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Execute and renew contracts with clients across Canada
- Prepare business reviews and sales reports
- Liaise with cross-functional internal teams including operations, customer service, marketing to improve the entire customer experience
- Manage day-to-day requests from clients
- Build proposals tailored toward solutions for client needs
- Quarterly onsite training with clients, partners, and suppliers
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field
- A minimum of 3-4 years of relevant work experience
- Fluent in French and English
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Experience in client-focused solutions within timely response times.
- Autonomy and excellent sense of planning & organization
- Solid experience with CRM software and MS Office
