You’ll develop supplier and commodity strategies that deliver best-in-class cost, quality, and supply continuity—driving measurable impact across procurement and operations.

What You’ll Do:

Manage procurement activities across multiple sites for raw materials, MRO, and services.

Build and execute sourcing strategies that optimize total cost of ownership and secure reliable supply.

Lead supplier negotiations, contract development, and cost improvement initiatives.

Conduct market and trend analyses to identify cost drivers, risks, and innovation opportunities.

Maintain accurate supplier data, pricing, and performance records.

Collaborate cross-functionally with Supply Chain, Quality, Regulatory, Operations, and Sales teams.

Evaluate and audit suppliers to ensure compliance and capability.

Support budgeting, cost forecasting, and key performance objectives.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Chemistry, or related field.
  • 5+ years of procurement or strategic sourcing experience (plastics, resins, pigments, or chemical additives preferred).
  • Proven negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.
  • Strong analytical and communication abilities with advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar ERP systems a plus.
  • Ability to travel as needed and manage multiple priorities independently.

  • Experience: 8+ years in polymer processing, plastics manufacturing, or technical services, with at least 3 years supporting major accounts or leading technical projects.
  • Expertise: Strong knowledge of plastics compounding, extrusion, injection molding, and processing technologies.
  • Skills: Exceptional communicator and problem-solver, with the ability to simplify complex technical details for any audience.

The Opportunity

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently recruiting for an Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) Manager. This role will lead health and safety initiatives across U.S. business locations. The EHS Manager will develop, implement, and monitor comprehensive programs that ensure compliance with legislation, reduce workplace risk, and support a safe and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain safety practices, policies, and procedures across all locations.
  • Create annual health and safety plans, including hazard assessments, audits, and regulatory compliance.
  • Provide guidance to managers on returning injured employees to work safely.
  • Lead employee training, orientations, and safety committee activities.
  • Ensure OSHA compliance and serve as the point of contact for audits and inspections.

  • Valid driver’s license, clean record, and ability to travel (10–15%).
  • Ability to cross borders (passport required or willingness to obtain).
