IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is seeking a PSM PROGRAM LEADER for a client in the Greenville, NC area.  (Chemical Manufacturing)

This career opportunity offers the chance to join a dynamic world-class global chemical leader located in Eastern North Carolina. The PSM program responsibilities will include implementing all aspects of plant-wide strategies, performance, MOC, corrective actions, audits, and regulatory compliance. The position requires an extensive background working in PSM-regulated industries and solid technical expertise in production/ operations, maintenance, EHS, and projects.

What You Will Do:

Lead and implement all aspects of PSM programs including MOC, audits, corrective actions, and regulatory compliance.

Develop and execute strategies for continuous improvement of plant-wide safety systems.

Support PHAs, incident investigations, and risk assessments to identify and mitigate process hazards.

Provide technical guidance and training on HazOps, SIL, SRS, and SIS to site personnel.

Maintain documentation and reporting for MOC, investigations, and regulatory communications.

Partner with regulatory agencies during inspections and compliance reviews.

Manage PSM-related budgets and ensure program cost efficiency.

What We Are Looking For:

  • B.S. in Engineering with 5+ years of experience in PSM-regulated chemical manufacturing.
  • In-depth knowledge of OSHA 29 CFR 1910.119 standards.
  • Strong understanding of chemical processes, operations, and maintenance practices.
  • Proven experience with incident investigation and root-cause analysis.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role – candidates must be US Citizens or Green Card holders.
