IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently looking to hire a SENIOR SITE/CIVIL PROJECT MANAGER. The successful candidate may reside in one of these locations: Philadelphia, PA | Pittsburgh, PA | Chicago, IL | Cleveland, OH | Morgantown, WV

We are seeking an experienced Senior Site/Civil Project Manager to join a collaborative engineering team working on impactful land development projects, with a focus on Renewable Energy and Grid Resilience initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to lead multidisciplinary projects, engage directly with clients, and contribute to the growth of a forward-thinking, innovative firm.

What You’ll Do:

Lead site/civil design, permitting, and project management for renewable energy, grid resilience, institutional, commercial, and mixed-use developments.

Oversee site layout, grading, drainage, stormwater management, and infrastructure design from concept through construction.

Conduct hydrologic/hydraulic analyses and prepare SWPPP and erosion/sediment control plans.

Integrate geotechnical and environmental elements into project design.

Collaborate with leadership on strategic growth, staffing, and project delivery.

Build and maintain strong client relationships, contributing to business development efforts.

Mentor junior staff and promote a culture of innovation, quality, and safety.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (required).
  • Professional Engineer (PE) license (required)
  • 10+ years of progressive site/civil design experience; renewable energy or grid resilience experience strongly preferred.
  • Proven success managing land development projects from concept to completion.
  • Skilled in AutoCAD/Civil 3D and project coordination across disciplines.
  • Excellent communicator with strong analytical and leadership skills.
  • Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel occasionally for site visits and client meetings.
  • A minimum requirement for this U.S. based position is the ability to work legally in the United States. No visa sponsorship/support is available for this position, including for any type of  permanent residency (green card) process.
