Compensation Target: $200,000 Base Salary

• Over 25 years of Chemical/Petrochemical Plant Operations and Management experience.
• Certified Six Sigma Green and Black Belt, skilled in process improvement.
• Diverse industry exposure: Chlor-Alkali, Specialty Chemicals, Olefins, Industrial Gas, Solvent Extraction & Refining.
• Proven track record in project commissioning and regulatory compliance.
• Expert in licensing, permitting, and construction management.
• Experienced in P&L responsibility, budget management, and human resources.
• Skilled in mechanical, civil, and metallurgy projects.
• Strong leadership with a focus on safety, quality, and environmental compliance.
• Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering from Texas Tech University.
• Demonstrated success in managing operations, logistics, and capital projects across multiple roles and industries.
