Our AI-powered workflow platform transforms how teams manage support, operations, and everyday requests—freeing people to focus on meaningful, high-impact work rather than repetitive tasks.

We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive who excels at building trust, uncovering needs, and driving revenue growth within an established SMB customer base. Hybrid role – 4 days in office -Fridays are remote until 1pm (half day)

What You’ll Do:

Grow and deepen customer relationships within an existing SMB portfolio, identifying opportunities to expand adoption and increase account value.

Spot and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, tailoring compelling pitches that highlight measurable outcomes and ROI.

Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to support client engagement and uncover expansion potential across accounts.

Engage inbound expansion leads from internal teams and nurture them into strong pipeline opportunities.

Leverage data and discovery to understand customer challenges and recommend the right AI-driven solutions to solve them.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales, ideally within IT or operations-driven environments.
  • A track record of managing full sales cycles and influencing both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Confident, polished presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly.
  • A high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and drive, especially in fast-moving, high-growth settings.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, enabling you to manage multiple customer conversations with ease.
  • Bonus: exposure to AI or automation solutions, or familiarity with IT operations, service management, or workflow software.
