ACCOUNT MANAGER/EXECUTIVE, TORONTO, ON – #5739

IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently looking to hire an ACCOUNT MANAGER/EXECUTIVE in Toronto, ON.

Our client is a rapidly scaling technology company on a mission to help organizations operate smarter, faster, and more efficiently. Our AI-powered workflow platform transforms how teams manage support, operations, and everyday requests—freeing people to focus on meaningful, high-impact work rather than repetitive tasks.

We’re looking for a dynamic Account Executive who excels at building trust, uncovering needs, and driving revenue growth within an established SMB customer base. If you thrive at finding new opportunities in familiar territories and love strengthening customer relationships, this is the role for you.

Hybrid role – 4 days in office -Fridays are remote until 1pm (half day)

Office Location is downtown Toronto – parking provided and included.

What You’ll Do:

Grow and deepen customer relationships within an existing SMB portfolio, identifying opportunities to expand adoption and increase account value.

Spot and qualify upsell/cross-sell opportunities, tailoring compelling pitches that highlight measurable outcomes and ROI.

Partner closely with Customer Success, Marketing, and Product to support client engagement and uncover expansion potential across accounts.

Engage inbound expansion leads from internal teams and nurture them into strong pipeline opportunities.

Leverage data and discovery to understand customer challenges and recommend the right AI-driven solutions to solve them.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying experience in SaaS or B2B technology sales, ideally within IT or operations-driven environments.
  • A track record of managing full sales cycles and influencing both technical and business stakeholders.
  • Confident, polished presentation and negotiation skills, with the ability to build credibility quickly.
  • A high degree of self-motivation, resilience, and drive, especially in fast-moving, high-growth settings.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, enabling you to manage multiple customer conversations with ease.
  • Bonus: exposure to AI or automation solutions, or familiarity with IT operations, service management, or workflow software.
  • Sponsorship is not available for this role. Candidates must be Canadian Citizen or have Permanent Residency.
