THE OPPORTUNITY
IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently seeking a Territory Sales Manager for a leading organization in modular space solutions, including containers, portable offices, and complex modular structures.

POSITION OVERVIEW
The Territory Sales Manager is responsible for maximizing territory performance through a high-volume sales approach, combining outbound prospecting, inbound lead conversion, and account development.
This role requires strong pipeline discipline, consistent activity levels, and the ability to move opportunities efficiently through the sales cycle.
Activity Breakdown:
- ~40% Outbound Prospecting
- ~30% Inbound Lead Conversion
- ~30% Account Development & Client Engagement
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Sales Growth & Execution
- Develop and execute a territory sales plan to achieve and exceed revenue targets
- Drive sales across containers, ground-level offices, modular structures, and value-added products
- Generate new business through high-volume outbound activity and digital lead generation
- Maintain a strong, active pipeline and consistently convert opportunities
- Target both project-based and transactional opportunities with a focus on turnkey solutions
Customer Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through consistent communication and site visits
- Understand customer requirements and deliver tailored space solutions
- Provide responsive, high-quality service throughout the sales cycle
- Leverage CRM (Salesforce) to manage accounts and track performance
Market Intelligence
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and market conditions
- Identify new opportunities for growth and market penetration
- Provide actionable insights and feedback to leadership
Quoting, Pricing & Negotiation
- Apply a consultative sales approach to maximize pricing and lease value
- Prepare accurate, competitive quotes and proposals
- Negotiate terms and conditions to drive mutually beneficial outcomes
- Partner with internal teams to ensure seamless execution and delivery
Reporting & Performance Management
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity within CRM
- Report on pipeline, performance metrics, and market activity
- Consistently meet daily and weekly activity targets aligned with sales goals
Team Collaboration
- Work cross-functionally with operations, logistics, and customer support
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment focused on shared success
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
- 2–5 years of sales experience in a high-volume, transactional environment
- Minimum 1 year of outbound prospecting experience
- Proven ability to build pipeline and convert leads through phone, email, and digital channels
- Experience using CRM systems (Salesforce preferred)
- Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment
- Ability to manage multiple opportunities and priorities
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
- Bilingual (French/English)
- Willingness to work on-site in Châteauguay, QC
- Ability to perform high-volume outreach (minimum 40 calls per day)
- Comfortable generating leads through online and outbound methods
- Willingness to travel 10–20% for client visits (minimal overnight travel)
