IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently looking to hire a CUSTOMER MARKETING MANAGER in Toronto, ON.

We’re on the lookout for a Customer Marketing Manager who thrives on driving engagement, deepening customer relationships, and delivering measurable impact. In this role, you’ll design data-driven strategies across the customer lifecycle—boosting adoption, loyalty, and advocacy, while uncovering new opportunities for growth.

Hybrid role – 4 days in office -Fridays are remote until 1pm (half day)

What You’ll Do:

Develop and execute multi-channel marketing programs that increase engagement, adoption, and retention across the customer journey.

Use customer insights and analytics to spot trends, uncover opportunities, and anticipate potential risks.

Collaborate with revenue and success teams to design campaigns that drive upsell, cross-sell, and expansion initiatives.

Segment audiences based on engagement, usage, and value metrics to create personalized communication journeys.

Lead customer advocacy initiatives, capturing stories, testimonials, and case studies to showcase success.

Manage programs that boost brand presence on review sites, forums, and industry communities.

Plan and execute webinars, workshops, and community events to strengthen relationships and share product value.

Continuously test and optimize campaigns to maximize engagement and conversion rates.

Track, report, and measure the impact of campaigns using analytics and automation tools.

 

What We’re Looking For:

  • 3+ years of experience in Customer Marketing, Lifecycle Marketing, or B2B SaaS Marketing.
  • Analytical and data-driven mindset with the ability to turn insights into actionable strategies.
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation, email campaigns, and webinar programs.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a customer-focused storytelling approach.
  • Collaborative, results-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, global tech environment.
  • Experience with CRM and marketing automation platforms (Salesforce or similar).
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
