Sales Representative – Ontario & Quebec
About the Role
This role is ideal for a driven B2B sales professional who thrives in a consultative selling environment. You will be responsible for managing and growing a defined territory, developing new business opportunities, strengthening existing relationships, and achieving annual sales and margin targets.
Working closely with Product Development and Technical Service teams, you will deliver customer-focused solutions that support both client success and long-term company growth.
100% Remote – No in-office requirement
What You’ll Do
- Achieve or exceed annual sales volume and margin targets through effective territory management
- Maintain accurate and actionable sales pipeline data to inform Product Development and Technical Service priorities
- Identify and pursue new markets, segments, and customer opportunities to drive strategic growth
- Expand the customer base to reduce reliance on large, dominant accounts
- Plan and lead customer meetings with clear agendas and defined outcomes (2–3 weeks in advance)
- Develop and execute a structured territory management plan, including call frequency, sales mix, and growth objectives
- Align personal sales activities with broader commercial strategy
- Build and maintain strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders
What We’re Looking For
- 10+ years of B2B sales experience within the plastics industry
- Direct experience with masterbatches, additives, or colour concentrates is required
- Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Experience managing a defined territory and building a robust sales pipeline
- Leadership experience is considered an asset
- Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
- Willingness and ability to travel throughout Ontario and parts of Quebec
- Strong English is required, Bilingual would be a plus
