IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is seeking an experienced Electrical Superintendent on behalf of our client, CJR Renewables, a global leader in renewable energy construction.

This is an outstanding opportunity for a hands-on electrical construction leader who thrives in fast-paced utility-scale renewable energy projects. The successful candidate will provide field leadership, oversee electrical installation activities, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

The position will begin with onboarding in Houston, Texas, before relocating to the project site in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

What You Will Do

As the Electrical Superintendent, you will provide day-to-day field leadership for electrical construction activities while ensuring project milestones, safety standards, and quality objectives are achieved.

Responsibilities include:

• Lead and coordinate daily electrical construction activities on-site.
• Supervise electrical subcontractors and field crews to ensure safe and efficient project execution.
• Ensure work is completed in accordance with project specifications, schedules, and quality standards.
• Collaborate closely with Project Management, QA/QC, and Health & Safety teams.
• Monitor project progress, resolve field issues, and provide regular production updates.
• Promote and enforce OSHA regulations and all site-specific safety requirements.
• Support project commissioning activities, punch-list completion, and final project closeout.
• Drive continuous improvement while maintaining a strong safety-first culture.

What We Are Looking For

• Minimum 5 years of supervisory experience on utility-scale renewable energy construction projects.
• Previous experience with solar or Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) projects is strongly preferred.
• Prior U.S. construction experience is required.
• OSHA 30 certification is considered an asset.
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to relocate to Alamogordo, New Mexico, following onboarding in Houston.

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive base salary targeted at $130,000 USD, with flexibility for exceptional candidates.
• $120/day per diem, paid seven days per week while on project (excluding scheduled rotation periods, during which travel is covered by the company).
• Company vehicle provided for work-related use while assigned to the project site.
