IN DEMAND Recruitment & Consulting Inc. is currently seeking a SITE SUPERINTENDENT for our client, a rapidly growing manufacturing organization specializing in custom generator enclosures, engineered power systems, emergency power generators, and fuel tank systems supporting critical industrial infrastructure projects.

Our client currently operates multiple manufacturing facilities throughout the San Antonio region and continues to experience significant growth across their operations.
POSITION OVERVIEW
The Superintendent will play a critical leadership role overseeing day-to-day field and project execution activities associated with complex industrial and power systems projects supporting industries including data centers, utilities, construction, and critical infrastructure operations.
This role is highly visible and execution-focused, requiring strong leadership capability, operational coordination, scheduling oversight, and hands-on problem-solving skills. The successful candidate will work closely with project managers, engineering, manufacturing, and field teams to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Project & Field Execution
• Lead day-to-day field operations and project execution activities
• Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, schedules, and site activities
• Ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on time, and within scope
• Monitor productivity, quality, and overall project performance
• Troubleshoot and resolve field-related operational and technical challenges
Leadership & Coordination
• Provide leadership and direction to field personnel and project teams
• Collaborate closely with project managers, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams
• Drive accountability, communication, and execution across project activities
• Maintain strong focus on safety, quality, and operational performance
Operational Oversight
• Support scheduling, coordination, and workflow management activities
• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company procedures, and project requirements
• Assist with continuous operational improvements and field execution efficiencies
• Maintain strong communication with internal teams and leadership regarding project status and field conditions
QUALIFICATIONS
Required
• Superintendent, field leadership, or industrial construction/project execution experience
• Strong leadership and coordination capability within industrial or manufacturing environments
• Excellent scheduling, troubleshooting, and operational problem-solving skills
• Ability to lead crews and manage multiple priorities within fast-paced environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Hands-on leadership style with strong field presence
Preferred
• Experience supporting power systems, generator enclosures, industrial manufacturing, or construction-related projects
• Experience within industrial, utilities, infrastructure, manufacturing, or critical facility environments
• Strong technical and mechanical aptitude
• Experience working within high-growth operational environments
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
• Base Salary: $90,000 – $100,000 (flexible based on experience and industry background)
